901 HEROES

Homes for Heroes® is a nationwide program created to give back to the people who serve our communities. Since 2002, the program has helped firefighters, law enforcement, military members and veterans, healthcare professionals, teachers and EMS save money when buying or selling a home.

As a local Homes for Heroes® affiliated real estate specialist, I bring that program home to the Memphis area through 901 Heroes. It’s my way of saying thank you to the people who spend their careers serving the rest of us.

When an eligible hero buys or sells a home with me, I give back approximately 25% of my real estate commission through Homes for Heroes®.

For buyers, that typically works out to approximately $700 for every $100,000 of the purchase price. So on a $400,000 home, the Hero Reward could be approximately $2,800.

The higher the purchase price, the larger the potential reward. The examples shown here give you an idea of what that can look like.

The Hero Reward isn’t a loan, down payment assistance, or money you have to repay.

After your home closes, Homes for Heroes® sends your Hero Rewards® check directly to you.

There are no restrictions on how you use it. Put it toward moving expenses, furniture, home improvements, savings, or anything else that makes sense for you.

I’m a Memphis native and have been helping people buy and sell homes in the Memphis area for more than a decade.

I’ve always believed my job is about more than opening doors, writing contracts, and getting a deal to closing. My clients count on me to tell them what I really think, even when that means telling them not to buy a house or walking away from a deal that doesn’t make sense.

That doesn’t change when I work with a hero.

Giving back approximately 25% of my commission doesn’t mean you receive 25% less service.

You still get my experience, my advice, my negotiation, and someone who is going to look out for your best interests from the first conversation through closing.
