Welcome! I’m Bryan Ratcliff, a Memphis native and real estate professional who’s spent the past decade helping people navigate the real estate market with confidence. Before real estate, I spent nearly ten years in high-stakes medical sales, where I learned how to negotiate effectively, solve problems under pressure, and manage complex transactions. That experience gave me a unique edge in real estate—knowing how to advocate for my clients, communicate clearly, and get deals done. Over the years, my dedication to the business has earned me several industry awards, including Keller Williams Memphis Rookie of the Year, Most Dedicated Agent, and the Kaizen Realty Top Producer Award. But more than any recognition, what matters most to me is the trust my clients place in me and the relationships I’ve built along the way.

Memphis isn’t just where I work—it’s home. I was born and raised here and know the ins and outs of the city’s neighborhoods, from Germantown and East Memphis to Eads and beyond. Having deep roots in this community allows me to offer insight and perspective that helps my clients make smart real estate decisions.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and two kids, who keep me busy with their sports and taekwondo. I’m an avid golfer and love being outdoors, whether it’s on the course, out on the water, or just enjoying time with friends and family.
