Welcome! I’m Bryan Ratcliff, a Memphis native and real estate professional who’s spent the past decade helping people navigate the real estate market with confidence. Before real estate, I spent nearly ten years in medical sales, where I learned how to negotiate effectively, solve problems under pressure, and manage complex transactions. That experience gave me a unique edge in real estate—knowing how to advocate for my clients, communicate clearly, and get deals done. Over the years, my dedication to the business has earned me several industry awards, including Keller Williams Memphis Rookie of the Year, Keller Williams Memphis Most Dedicated Agent, Kaizen Realty Top Producer Award, and Memphis Area Association of Realtors Multi Million Dollar Club. But more than any recognition, what matters most to me is the trust my clients place in me and the relationships I’ve built along the way.

Memphis isn’t just where I work—it’s home. I was born and raised here and know the ins and outs of the city’s neighborhoods, from Germantown and East Memphis to Eads and beyond.
